| One of the many things we do for our customers is to provide them with a brokerage services here in the Bay Area. Search through 1000's of Quality Pre-owned vehicles of your choice at unbeatable prices. If you're looking to save big $$$ on your next car purchase, you can contract us to bid on your behalf at Dealer exclusive auctions. For this service we ask that you schedule an appointment to discuss details and further options. Generally, most cars purchased are one-owner vehicles that are lease returns or new car trade ins. Each and every vehicle prior to purchase are professionally inspected for Engine, Transmission, Mechanical and Frame. We also offer extended warranty at an addition cost. If you need financing we are experts and can help you to get pre approved. We charge a flat fee of $1000 for our service. You get the car at dealer cost plus any auction house fee's, transportation, maintenance, detailing or any other special requests you may have. For serious buyers, you can physically preview cars prior to auction in my company. Generally, preview days are 1-2 days prior to actual auction. Once we have found a potential vehicle, we hold a $1000 deposit toward the purchase of your vehicle. If the car is won at auction, the remaining balance due is within 24 hours of auction ending date. You must also pay sales tax, document preparation fee, DMV transfer fee and registration fees, if due. (add approximately 10% to the purchase price for these fees). If the vehicle is NOT won at auction (& the car sold for over the maximum price we set), we refund your deposit immediately with no cost to you.
